Our collaborative journey began 13 years ago, during which we've partnered with a diverse range of clients, from tightly regulated safety-critical entities to budding high-tech startups. Michael Fagan

I established Recursive Loop to be a networked community of interdisciplinary guides with a focus on creating greatness in the workplace. My particular focus is helping software teams meet the challenges of organisational disruption through business agility.

I've been building software and influencing better ways to do it for 20 years, and over that time I've worked with hundreds of programmers. I bring a unique blend of coaching, being a Certified Scrum Team Coach to help teams grow in the direction most appropriate to their challenges and product goals. I hold a B.A. in Mathematics and M.Sc. in Machine Learning from the University of Dublin, Trinity College.

Martin Kearns

As one of the first three Scrum Coaches in the world to be certified by the Scrum Alliance, and the third person in the world to be awarded Advanced Agile Practitioner by Alistair Cockburn I strongly believe it is my role to guide others in their own agile journeys.

I address underperformance systematically with empirical data, building empowered teams that feel valued, engaged and aware of their responsibility in delivering value. I readily offer mentorship, share information, nurture alliances and partnerships and cross-pollinate knowledge to build capability.

I look to unify people to a cohesive future vision of the company respecting current organisation, culture and needs. I develop and implement holistic strategies that leverage the power of technology and human capabilities to provide solutions and advancements to make that vision a reality.
